Working on it: my fall capsule.

My fall capsule in progress

/ So as most of you guys know, I’m building my fall capsule at the moment. I normally buy just a couple of new items when the seasons change, and this time is no different – only the fact that I have allowed myself to buy a little bit more this fall, than I usually would. This is because my approach to colors have been altering over the summer season, but also because I have a great possibility to buy some of the great quality pieces I’ve had on my wishlist since last winter, this time around. I always recommend to split it and buy your new things along the way (depending on just how much you want to add) – I think that it works great financially like this, but also because it gives you a little more to think it over just a little bit more. You might change your mind about something. I always make a list or a collage of the new things I would like to add. It’s a great tip if you’re an ex-impulse-shopaholic like myself. 😉

I’m still adjusting my wardrobe a little bit – adding some of my favorite sneaks here, and a denim shirt there. So even though I always say that there is no magic number, I think that 37 is very close to that anyway for me. For the whole year I’ve been doing this project, this is always what I end up with, and I probably will again this time around – even though I thought 30 was more than enough when I started building this season’s capsule. I’m usually almost done building my capsule within a couple of weeks, but this time around it seems to be a bit harder for me to wrap it up. Both because of the before mentioned urge for more colors, but also because we’ve been having crazy high temperatures in Denmark the past couple of weeks, even though the calender says fall.

    Hej Signe
