How I stay focused and stress-free through the week.

/ In continuation of my blog post about how we make food plans and make sure to eat healthy every week (read the post HERE), I have made the video below that is about how we mentally get ready for a new week. Monday morning is something many of us fear and this feeling can almost take over our good mood already on Sunday morning. However, we have a certain routine we follow every Sunday – we don’t necessarily always clean the entire house this day, sometimes we do it on Fridays or Saturdays depending on how “dirty” our home has gotten through the week. But we do make sure or house is nice and tidy, do the laundry and prepare our dinners and lunches for the coming week every single weekend. You will get a more detailed overview of our routine in the video 🙂

Få hele vores søndags rutine i detaljer i videoen 🙂

I was curious if you ever considered changing the
structure of your site? Its very well written; I love what youve
got to say. But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better.

Youve got an awful lot of text for only having one or two pictures.
Maybe you could space it out better?
